We reserve the right to update or make changes to these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Your access or use of the Website or any Services following changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

The Website is owned and operated by Vascular365 LLC. All materials on this site are the property of Vascular365 LLC unless otherwise specified. No material from these pages may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way unless you have specific permission in writing.. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of U.S. copyright law and other proprietary rights. For purposes of this agreement, the use of any such material on any other website or networked computer environment is prohibited.

We may terminate your use of the Websites or Services for any conduct that we consider, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate or for your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right, at any time and from time to time, temporarily or permanently, in whole or in part to modify or discontinue the Websites or any Services, with or without notice; charge fees in connection with the use of the Websites or Services; or modify or waive any fees charged in connection with the Websites or Services. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Websites or of any Service, content, feature, or product, in whole or in part. If permanent discontinuance results in overpayment of subscription, overpayment shall be refunded.

In order to take courses offered on this Website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration, a user is required to give contact information such as name and email address. In order to take our courses and use the Services, the user must provide unique identifiers (such as user name and password). Additional information may be required for continuing education.

You represent and warrant that all information for whichever service you are requesting registration and access, submitted to Vascular365 in connection with such registration is complete and accurate. We may reject, or require that you change, any user name, password or other information that you provide us during registration, for any reason. Your user name and password are for your personal use only and should be kept strictly confidential. You are responsible for any use or misuse of your user name and password, and for any activity associated with your account. If you wish to purchase a service made available by us through the Websites, you may be asked to provide certain information relevant to the purchase, including your facility’s credit card number, expiration date, billing address and/or banking details such as routing and account numbers related to your facility’s bank account. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD OR BANKING DETAILS UTILIZED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PURCHASE. By submitting such information, you authorize Vascular365 LLC to provide such information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of the purchase.

The initial purchase may include a free trial period after which the paid period of use automatically begins. It is your responsibility to cancel the trial period before the deadline for the end of the free trial begins. The annual subscription service will automatically renew unless your subscription is canceled by you no later than 2 weeks prior to renewal date.

Vascular365 LLC reserves the right to limit the availability of any service or to discontinue any Service, as well as to impose conditions on the honoring of any coupons, promotional codes or similar promotions. Refunds and exchanges will be subject to Vascular365’s then-current policies. You agree to pay all charges that may be incurred by your facility through the Websites and/or Services, at the price in effect when such charges are incurred. You also remain responsible for any applicable taxes. You agree that you will not resell any Services purchased from us unless we have provided our express prior written consent.
